New
Orleans
In Plain View
by Anthony Buccino
This photo book
New Orleans In Plain View by Anthony Buccino is dedicated to the
many wonderful people we have met, beautiful places we have visited and
delicious meals we have savored in our very favorite city, New Orleans.
From our first visit to NOLA 35 years ago, we found something which
meant so much to us, it became the only place we wanted to be other than
home. This great city fit us like we belonged there from our first trip.
We spent many days exploring, making friends with the locals, eating
meals we still dream about, and hearing music which spoke to our souls.
Many trips, and thousands of photos later, we want to thank the
folks of New Orleans for joyfully sharing their fabulous city with
us.
Our latest trip to the Big
Easy was derailed by the pandemic that forced us to cancel our trip
this spring. That meant no shrimp Creole, no blackened catfish, aw,
heck, even
The Crazy Lobster won't be there next time for our traditional first
meal on the Riverwalk!
This collection captures
the places and moments that remind us of how tough New Orleans is.
We loved it before Katrina, we returned after that storm and watched
her struggle to her feet. We cheered the Saints in the
Superdome. No matter how you look at it, the saints are watching
over this city.
We are hopeful NOLAholics forever!
We'll be back. Til then, here are
the photos we will remember you by.
